Delivery Countries

Full Comfort Technology (Group) Limited is the Asia Headquarter and sole & exclusive distributor for GRANDER® Technology products in Asia Pacific.

Currently, we deliver directly to Hong Kong, Macau, China and Taiwan only. For any other Asian areas/international countries, please send us a request at enquiry@grandertechnology.com.

 Delivery Options

Product Pick-up (Hong Kong only):

Product pick-up in Hong Kong will be free of charge. Just give us a call at (+852) 2314 2608 or send us a request at enquiry@grandertechnology.com to prior arrange your order pick-up to avoid your waiting time.

Pick-up location: Full Comfort Technology (Group) Limited – Unit 1302-04, 13/F, Fourseas Building, 208-212 Nathan Road, Jordan, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

Product Delivery:

Our shipping partner will do their best to provide fast and efficient delivery service to your door. Depending on each country/area’s customs, importation laws, methods of shipment chosen, extreme weather and public holidays, the delivery schedule may vary. Our company shall not be liable for any damages or loss arising from the delay.

Order Submission Cut-Off: Monday to Friday, 4pm (Closed on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays)

Hong Kong :

We will pack and ship your order within 3-5 business days after payment is fully received. Delivery charge will be HK$50/kg for all items. For delivery to islands or remote areas (The Peak, Discovery Bay, Tung Chung, Cheung Chau, Mui Wo, Tai O, Peng Chau, Lamma Island), an additional surcharge of HK$100 will be applied per order.

Macau :

We will pack and ship your order within 5-7 business days after payment is fully received. Delivery charge will be HK$180/kg for all items.

China :

We will pack and ship your order within 3-10 business days after payment is fully received. Delivery charge will be RMB$200/kg for all items.

Taiwan :

We will pack and ship your order within 6-10 business days after payment is fully received. Delivery charge will be HK$170/kg for all items.

 Warranty, Exchange & Refund Policy:

Here you’ll find everything you need to know about exchanging/refunding an online order, in-store purchase, or faulty item from us. Before you return an item, please make sure to send us your request at enquiry@grandertechnology.com with an image of the item showing the defective area(s).

14-Day Money Back Guarantee

You are requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages to their appearances or whether all accessories are delivered. We guarantee the exchange of product within 14 days of purchase if the product fails to meet manufacturer’s standards.

If it is the case, you are eligible to exchange your item once for free, once we have confirmed that it meets conditions below:

  • We are happy to offer a product exchange or refund only for items with manufacture defects, i.e. non-human damage. We will not accept return or refund simply because you have changed your mind.
  • 14-day Money Back Guarantee is only applicable to selected items. If the items are under ‘Non-Exchangeable’ or ‘Non-Refundable’ category, we will not accept customer request for refund.
  • 14-day Money Back Guarantee is not applicable to GRANDER® Blue Water. If there were problems with the water quality, please contact our Customer Service department within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Before you return an item, please make sure to send us your request at enquiry@grandertechnology.com with an image showing the item’s defective area(s). We will arrange the exchange/refund once the situation has been confirmed.
  • The item(s) to be returned should not be damaged, scratched, defaced or contain any trace of water damage. It must be unused with original packaging, accessories, user guide, labels and tags attached in sellable conditions. We have the right to refuse to exchange your product on the ground of damages to its appearance or missing accessories once the delivery was signed off.
  • All gift items (if applicable) must be returned together with the returned products, otherwise the retail value of the gift item would be deducted from the refund.
  • If the products to replace are sold out, we will refund your payment.
  • After confirmation of refund, it takes about 4-6 weeks to transfer the payment to your selected payment method.

In case of dispute, Full Comfort Technology (Group) Limited reserves the final right of determination.
